Last night BBC's The One Show featured a report by Dominic Littlewood on the dangers of using an unregulated will writer to draft a will for you.
A couple featured on the programme paid over £1800 for their wills, but ended up with invalid documents and no recourse as the will writing company had closed down before they could obtain a refund.
