The stamp duty land tax relief for first time buyers comes to an end on the 25th March 2012 unless extended by the Government in the interim. In order to claim this relief you must complete i.e. move by this date. If you are considering buying your first home, and the value will be between £125,00 and £250,000, then now is a good time to buy!
